About The Position

Woolpert is hiring a Client Experience Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Events team. This position reports to the Director, Client Experience and Events and plans and delivers client engagement programs and events that strengthen relationships, create meaningful interactions, and support Woolpert's growth priorities. Working within the Client Experience team and alongside Marketing, Sales, Sector/Industry leaders, and account teams, this role manages conferences, client events, executive engagements, and other programs—thinking beyond logistics to audience strategy, experience design, lead capture, follow-up, and measurement, and keeping an eye toward how each engagement fits into the client's broader relationship with Woolpert over time. The role helps create well-executed experiences that reflect the Woolpert brand and deliver value for clients and the business. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in event marketing, client engagement, customer experience, field marketing, hospitality, or related discipline, including independently managing conferences, client events, or executive engagements.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets, and build relationships with executives, clients, and vendors.
  • Experience in managing vendors, contracts, venues, sponsorships, and logistics; ability to connect event activity to business outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience considering client engagement across multiple touchpoints or relationship stages is a plus.
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, geospatial, consulting, technology, or professional services.
  • Experience on a collaborative event, field marketing, or client-experience team.
  • Familiarity with CRM, event management, marketing automation, and project management platforms.
  • Experience with lead capture, follow-up, ROI reporting, client journey mapping, or lifecycle/account-based experience strategies.
  • Experience supporting executive-level or strategic account engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage conferences, client events, executive meetings, hospitality programs, and webinars—coordinating logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and on-site execution.
  • Define audience, objectives, and desired outcomes with stakeholders for each program, ensuring plans include meaningful client interaction and follow-up.
  • Partner with Client Experience teammates to balance workloads and maintain a consistent quality standard.
  • Design client experiences before, during, and after events, making engagements more relevant and personalized.
  • Support executive briefings, client visits, and appreciation programs.
  • Gather client and internal feedback to identify improvements and bring new ideas and proven practices to the team.
  • Consider how individual engagements connect to a client's broader relationship with Woolpert, identifying key touchpoints and moments of risk or opportunity (e.g., project milestones, renewals, leadership changes) that engagement plans should account for.
  • Partner with Sales and account teams to align engagement plans with account goals and relationship-building priorities.
  • Align engagement activities with business priorities alongside Industry/Marketing, Sales, and account leaders; help identify priority clients and prospects for events.
  • Support pre-event engagement plans, meeting strategies, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Communications on messaging, invitations, and materials that reflect Woolpert's positioning and brand standards.
  • Set objectives and success measures with stakeholders; track participation, leads, pipeline influence, and feedback.
  • Prepare post-event summaries with results, insights, and recommendations, and use them—along with performance data—to improve future programs.
  • Contribute to shared Client Experience tools, processes, and playbooks.
