Client Experience Manager - Home Care
About The Position
BrightStar Care of Honolulu is seeking a Client Experience Manager to provide premium personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services across Oahu. This role is crucial in guiding families through difficult times with exceptional care and a five-star experience. The Client Experience Manager will be the primary point of contact for families, ensuring their needs are met with thoughtful details, quick follow-through, and personal attention. This position also involves supporting caregivers, managing client relationships honestly, and contributing to the leadership team's strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism and kindness.
Requirements
- Compassion for older adults, their families, and caregivers
- Skilled communication (in person, phone, and writing)
- Comfort with conflict and handling tough conversations honestly
- Professionalism, including maintaining confidentiality and emotional steadiness
- Organization skills to manage details, paperwork, and follow-ups without reminders
- Proactive and self-directed approach to identifying and addressing needs
- 2 or more years in client relationships, hospitality, healthcare, social services, account management, or sales
- Comfort learning new software
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Meeting families in their homes and helping them choose the right care
- Welcoming new clients and completing their paperwork accurately and on time
- Making warm introductions between caregivers and families at the start of every new client relationship
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients and caregivers to resolve issues early
- Implementing personal touches to make families feel valued, such as remembering important details, marking milestones, and following up after challenging weeks
- Handling difficult conversations early, honestly, and kindly
