What a Typical Day Could Look Like As a Client Experience Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the strategies, data, and storytelling that support Kairoi’s business development and client relationships. This internship is designed to provide meaningful experience in data analysis, research, and presentation development while supporting the Client Experience team in showcasing Kairoi’s performance, brand, and value proposition. You’ll collaborate with Client Experience Managers and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, professional environment. You Are the Client Experience Storyteller in Training! Assist in gathering and organizing internal performance data to help identify trends, successes, and opportunities across Kairoi’s portfolio Support the development of case studies that highlight community performance and successful outcomes Help prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) materials and pitch decks by organizing content, conducting research, and supporting visual storytelling Ensure client-facing materials align with Kairoi’s brand voice and presentation standards Conduct market and competitor research within the multifamily industry to support client experience initiatives Assist with mapping client touchpoints to help identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience You Are the Analytical & Organizational Pro! Learn how to analyze performance metrics and track data over time Support project coordination by managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Asana Partner with team members across departments to gather insights and support collaborative projects Build foundational skills in data organization, research, and professional communication Kairoi Internship Program Highlights! Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Finance, Real Estate Finance, or related.
  • Strong interest in analytics, storytelling, branding, or client experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with pivot tables a plus, but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Able and willing to work the required schedule for the duration of the internship
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past 12 months
