Work is what we do, not where we do it. We're hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team! Your Role Watch first: A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate Answer inbound calls for our clients' businesses from home. You'll capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients. Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. You'll be trained on each one. Expect a steady, fast pace. Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication
A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people
A good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure
Dependable: you show up for every scheduled shift, on time
Strong computer skills
Typing at a minimum of 30 WPM
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools
Must be a resident of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.
Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet requirements.
Must undergo a background check.

Responsibilities
