Requirements
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable navigating a computer or smartphone
- Positive attitude and a client-first mindset
- No prior experience required, we train the right people!
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations
- Providing timely, friendly, and professional responses via phone, email, or text
- Managing scheduling requests and coordinating travel arrangements
- Keeping detailed and accurate client records
- Ensuring every client interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression
