About The Position

Quantum Sky is hiring a hunter to grow our cleared staffing business on Raytheon (RTX) programs. You'll own the account from first requirement to placed candidate. That means building the relationships that make Quantum Sky a preferred supplier, winning directed requirements, and filling them with TS/SCI CI-poly talent that exceeds every position requirement. This is a quota-carrying individual-contributor role with outstanding OTE potential.

Requirements

U.S. citizen with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years recruiting, staffing, or selling cleared services in the federal market, including 2+ in Defense/IC.
Proven quota attainment in cleared recruiting, staffing, or federal sales.
Working knowledge of IC/DoD labor categories, clearance types, and contract staffing.
Strong communication and presentation skills, a competitive hunter mindset, and willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Raytheon programs or defense-prime supplier onboarding.
An active network of cleared engineers, analysts, and cyber professionals.
ATS and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with Raytheon program managers, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to earn preferred-supplier status and directed requirements.
Identify, qualify, and close cleared staffing requirements across client's programs.
Recruit TS/SCI CI-poly candidates and maintain a ready pipeline for Raytheon roles.
Match each candidate to the labor category, certification, experience, and clearance requirements, and show where they exceed them.
Manage submittals through onboarding with Quantum Sky recruiting, contracts, and delivery teams.
Report pipeline, submittals, and placements weekly, and keep CRM and ATS records current.
