About The Position

The Client Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening relationships with strategic financial services clients through consultative selling, account expansion, and executive-level engagement. This role serves as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers to understand their business objectives, develop growth strategies, and deliver solutions that drive long-term value. Success requires strong business development skills, experience navigating complex organizations, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve client and business outcomes. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, business development, or consulting, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, business related preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts within a matrixed organization, including identifying key decision-makers, influencing stakeholders, and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Strong client engagement and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to executive-level audiences.
  • Strategic, results-oriented professional with strong business acumen in consumer lending and fintech, capable of developing and executing growth strategies with urgency and focus.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborative partner who is passionate about client advocacy, works effectively across cross-functional teams, and is willing to travel as needed.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage executive-level relationships within assigned accounts, identifying key decision-makers while driving retention, growth, and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships, creating strategic plans to expand account penetration and maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead account planning, client business reviews, and sales strategy sessions by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate by understanding client business objectives, identifying adoption gaps and expansion opportunities, and driving long-term partnership success.
