Responsible for retention of existing business and the development of business within those assigned accounts. Client Service Executive associates act as a leader for the Client Service Team members to include Benefit Analysts and Client Managers. This role involves overseeing ongoing client service activities, meeting with clients to ensure satisfaction, and managing business retention goals. The position also entails developing new business with existing clients by expanding coverage and building strong client relationships. Ensuring client compliance with annual Form 5500 filing procedures, advising the Client Service Team on resolving concerns, and investigating and resolving client and carrier issues are key responsibilities. The role also includes managing plan renewals, coordinating coverage placement, and directing the preparation of employee communication materials. Collaboration with the Client Sales Executive in the marketing process, presenting renewal outcomes, and recommending improvements based on legislation and client concerns are also part of the duties. Conducting employee meetings to communicate benefit options and reviewing legal documents for accuracy are also required. The Client Executive acts as a leader for the Client Service Team, fostering trust, open communication, and team effort. This includes facilitating problem-solving, focusing the team on client requirements, and providing necessary business information for professional development. Ensuring deliverables meet client requirements, cost, and schedule, and working with directors to obtain resources and escalate issues are also critical. The role requires preparing quarterly production and activity reports, maintaining good file maintenance, and establishing positive working relationships with associates and clients.
