About The Position

The Client Executive will be responsible for generating revenue growth and managing client relationships within a named account environment. This role involves developing strong alliances with senior client management, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating contracts and agreements. The Client Executive will act as a strategic partner and primary contact for clients, guiding them in leveraging data, analytics, software, and technology solutions for lending, risk management, and fraud prevention. Additionally, the role requires uncovering new opportunities by building relationships with new partners in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will quickly grasp concepts, share industry knowledge, and demonstrate how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, and managing issues are key aspects of this position. The role also involves understanding customer perspectives, advocating for them internally, developing forecasts, advancing pipelines, ensuring solution delivery, and identifying new business growth avenues. The Client Executive will report to the Region Vice President. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Midwest Region of the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within financial services.
  • Understanding of customer priorities and the strategies designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Ability to create and develop new business both within an existing book of business through prospecting.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth and manage client relationships in a named account environment.

  • Act as a strategic partner and primary contact for each client.

  • Uncover new opportunities by developing relationships with new partners across the financial services industry.
  • Grasp concepts quickly and share knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses.
  • Collaborate with members across different teams, balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues, and identifying opportunities.
  • Understand customers by seeing their world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of the customer to improve Experian's solutions.
  • Develop forecasts, advance pipelines, and ensure delivery of solutions.
  • Identify new ways to grow Experian's business and expand current partnerships.
  • Challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with teammates and customers to develop leadership skills.
