The Client Executive will be responsible for generating revenue growth and managing client relationships within a named account environment. This role involves maintaining close alliances with senior client management, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating contracts and agreements. The Client Executive will act as a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, guiding them in using data, analytics, software, and technology solutions for lending, risk management, and fraud prevention. Additionally, the role requires uncovering new opportunities by developing relationships with new partners across the financial services industry. Strong communication skills are essential for quickly grasping concepts and sharing industry knowledge on how data, software, and analytics can transform customer businesses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, bringing the right people together, handling issues, and identifying opportunities are key aspects of this position. Understanding customers by seeing their world from their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of the customer to improve Experian's solutions is crucial. The role also involves developing forecasts, advancing pipelines, ensuring solution delivery, and identifying new ways to grow the business and expand current partnerships. The Client Executive will be challenged with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with teammates and customers, and develop skills as an Experian leader. This position requires residing in the Western US (CA, AZ, CO, UT, OR, or WA) and reporting to the Vice President, West Regional Markets.
