About The Position

The Client Executive will serve U.S. public pension funds, union and Taft Hartley benefit plans, and supranational and quasi government institutions as a senior relationship and delivery leader for a portfolio of large, complex asset owners. The successful candidate will own total relationship strategy with accountability for retention, growth, client satisfaction, profitability, and commercial outcomes, leading consultative relationship management and delivery across custody, fund administration, governance, and asset servicing, while advising on industry trends, escalating issues, and driving expansion and prospecting.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in relationship management, business development, and client servicing, with significant exposure to asset servicing and investments.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, delegation, and sales capabilities to manage complex relationships.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills to assess client needs and mobilize resources across a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of asset servicing products, investments, and segment specific considerations, including plan design and specialized reporting and structure requirements.
  • Understanding of end to end operations and how the components connect, with a data driven approach to improving effectiveness and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of clients, competitors, the broader marketplace, and key industry trends.
  • Clear, concise communicator with a collaborative approach across internal partners.
