The Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global empowers a diverse spectrum of private equity and venture capital firms to effectively control their data and drive internal analytics and insights. Whether it is for portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, or on-demand insight into operating metrics of a specific asset, this team is at the forefront of the FinTech space. The Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients. You will become a subject matter expert in the private markets industry while gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of portfolio monitoring and reporting. You will interact with senior members of management and c-suite executives at private market firms of all sizes daily via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. You will closely collaborate with business leaders and key internal stakeholders providing exposure to product management and development, sales and marketing, and a variety of other areas of the Private Markets business.
