POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Engagement Strategist at Pointcore, Inc. drives demand generation and revenue growth through proactive, multi-channel outreach and sales enablement initiatives. Serving as a connector between client needs and internal capabilities, this role engages prospective and existing clients with value-focused conversations, needs assessments, and tailored solution positioning. Collaborating closely with marketing and client development teams, the Strategist leverages data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and pipeline contribution. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and contributing to business case creation. This role is eligible for a variable compensation plan tied to sales-related outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry, including key trends, regulatory requirements, and challenges faced by large healthcare organizations.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Can clearly articulate complex concepts.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or healthcare-related field or licensure in health-related field
  • Sales experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
