Requirements

Proven success engaging and converting prospects into appointments
Strong urgency and follow-up discipline

Responsibilities

Engage all inbound leads generated from marketing strategies with urgency and professionalism
Reduce response time to new inquiries
Convert qualified prospects into scheduled Retirement Tune-Up appointments
Execute confirmation and reminder processes to increase show rates
Clearly explain what prospects can expect from their first meeting
Maintain spotless Salesforce documentation
Ensure advisors are fully prepared for each appointment
Support structured follow-up strategies for open leads
