Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage all inbound leads generated from marketing strategies with urgency and professionalism
  • Reduce response time to new inquiries
  • Convert qualified prospects into scheduled Retirement Tune-Up appointments
  • Execute confirmation and reminder processes to increase show rates
  • Clearly explain what prospects can expect from their first meeting
  • Maintain spotless Salesforce documentation
  • Ensure advisors are fully prepared for each appointment
  • Support structured follow-up strategies for open leads
