About The Position
We are a busy Trusts and Estates law firm seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to speak with potential new clients and guide them through the first step of solving important legal problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building trust quickly, and helping them take action. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help with estate planning or probate matters. Legal experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from financial services, real estate, insurance, healthcare, or client advisory roles often excel in this position.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confidence guiding conversations and helping people make decisions
- Professional, empathetic demeanor with clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable discussing professional services and consultation fees
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, client services, financial services, healthcare coordination, or legal intake is a plus
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients who contact the firm
- Listen carefully to their situation and concerns
- Explain how our firm helps families with estate planning and probate
- Guide callers toward scheduling consultations with our attorneys
