About The Position

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by selling managed IT solutions such as network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, help desk support, and disaster recovery. This role requires a consultative approach, strong technical understanding, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Requirements

2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital campaigns.
Conduct market research to understand client IT environments and pain points.
Meet with potential clients to assess IT needs and challenges.
Present and promote managed IT services, including cloud solutions, security, and infrastructure management.
Prepare proposals, marketing material & conduct product demos
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Work with Sales Engineers & Production Support Staff to maintain high customer satisfaction
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing & technical teams for campaigns & solution delivery.
Ensure smooth onboarding with service delivery teams.
Participate in the design and business case analysis of new products and services
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
