Microchip is looking for a dynamic Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to help drive Design Wins to Revenue, within a select group of OEM customers, located in the greater Bay Area. Responsibilities include: Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers. Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement. The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base. The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions The ideal candidate will be self motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support Maintain an up to date knowledge of their customer’s products, market, competitive landscape and internal organization Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
