The Senior Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is a strategic leader within Insight’s Go To Market (GTM) Division, responsible for executive-level relationship management, multi-million-dollar account growth, and end-to-end delivery success across our largest and most complex clients. This role operates at the intersection of sales strategy, delivery excellence, and client advocacy, ensuring that Insight is viewed as a trusted advisor and long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor. The Senior CEM leads account-wide initiatives that drive year-over-year revenue growth, expand lines of business, and deliver a white-glove client experience. Partnering closely with Account Executives, Project Managers, Presales, and Delivery teams, the CEM orchestrates all client engagements to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business value.
