About The Position

HTech is a growing technology company providing software, websites, AI-powered solutions, ticketing platforms, golf course management software, and custom applications to businesses across the country. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to serve as both the face of our office and a key contributor to our business development efforts. The Client Engagement & Business Development Coordinator combines front office responsibilities with outbound business development. You'll greet visitors, manage incoming inquiries, support office operations, and help generate new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in technology sales and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming office experience
  • Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks
  • Research and identify prospective clients
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities
  • Generate interest in HTech products and services
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
  • Support lead generation campaigns and special projects
  • Share customer and prospect feedback with internal stakeholders
