Our Client Directors have key leadership roles in our Client Solutions team, responsible for the management of our key client accounts, leading day-to-day client relationships to help them navigate the complexities in modern marketing. They lead the winning and delivering of projects across these areas: Organisation: e.g. marketing (or media) operating model and organisation design Ecosystem: e.g. helping marketers select their agency partners and other vendors Accountability: e.g. analysing agency and campaign data to track and improve performance
