About The Position

Capgemini Client Partners are experienced in managing mid-sized to large global or regional accounts, are seen as a trusted advisor by the client, and have group responsibility towards the client. Client Partners are proficient in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients as well as client influencers. This role involves growing and leading a top strategic account within the Big Tech Industry, with overall accountability for achieving booking, revenue, and profitability objectives for the account, both within the Americas and globally. The position requires understanding key influencers within the client organization, quickly identifying client culture and decision-making processes, and maintaining a professional manner to suit client requirements. It is also responsible for ensuring Capgemini is positioned effectively within the client at board and senior management level and is well represented for potential major new projects or bids, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience serving clients in the Big Tech industry, preferably with large clients
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services
  • 5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider
  • Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend
