About The Position
As a client prospecting attendant, your role is to contact clients to offer them a telephone appointment with a damage insurance agent. You stand out with your human customer service, autonomy, and communication skills? Come contribute your talents at Beneva! You will achieve yourself in the following functions: Contact clients, according to established work plans, to offer them a telephone appointment with a damage insurance agent. Records appointments and forwards them to the Call Center agents. Follows up on certain advertising or direct mail campaigns to obtain the expiry dates of automobile and personal property insurance contracts. Performs administrative tasks in client files.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
