About The Position
AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Coverage Specialist to help individuals and families understand insurance coverage designed to support their financial protection. In this remote role, you will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based conversations, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily mentorship, and the resources needed to grow in a client-focused career.
Requirements

- Comfortable working with technology and virtual systems
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
