About The Position

Twin Peaks Veterinary Center, an AAHA-accredited, 4-doctor practice, is seeking an experienced receptionist to join their team. This position requires utilizing superior client service skills to deliver the highest quality patient and client care. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers, competent with multi-line phone systems, and enjoy working with the public. The facility is fast-paced and emphasizes communication and teamwork, operating six days a week. The mission of Twin Peaks is to nurture the bond between people and animals by providing timely veterinary services and quality medicine in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. They offer skilled, compassionate veterinary professionals for everything from preventative wellness to urgent care for pets in Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, and surrounding Arizona communities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
Basic written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Nice To Haves

1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Experience in a medical facility desired
