About The Position

From your very first call, you will start changing lives forever! We have always known what it takes to bring the right people together and that’s never been more important than it is today. From scheduling and confirming dates, scheduling our clients for their personal interview and dating coaching sessions, obtaining feedback on how dates went, and using your creativity and vision to make a client's profile come to life, you will have a huge impact on our clients dating experience. We have a fantastic training program that can transform you into an It's Just Lunch Client Coordinator.

Requirements

• At least two years in a customer service and/or sales role
• Experience working with professional, upscale clientele
• Self-motivated
• Goal-oriented
• Bonus-driven
• Great organization
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Work in your own “home office” with an IJL-provided laptop
• Home office must be equipped with internet (meet bandwidth requirements)
• Home office must be a conducive environment that allows for privacy, quiet, good lighting and is appropriate to attend a team or client video meeting
