The Client Coordinator plays a key role in managing client inquiries, supporting case workflow, and ensuring high-quality documentation across multiple departments. This position is responsible for servicing inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, or any representative acting on behalf of a client. The role involves data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, and filing, all while maintaining a high degree of quality customer service and compliance with regulatory and company standards. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm CST, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
