A day in the life. As our Client Coordinator on the Private Client team, you’ll assist in the development of the Private Client Insurance department through the growth of new business and retention by providing prompt, accurate, professional service and sales to clients, producers and carriers. This role will be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently, communicate with clients in a clear and concise fashion, identify issues and implement appropriate resolutions, collaborate with other team members and carrier partners for best practice sharing and to increase knowledge base, understand the holistic personal lines model and cross sell lines appropriately to mitigate client risks, and desire for continuous learning to keep ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Be a self-starter and problem solver.
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty License (required within 3 months of hire)
  • CISR designation (required within 3 years of hire)
