Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of coordinators to deliver best in class service while maintaining employee engagement.
  • Ensure productivity and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, track performance, and make decisions to optimize operations.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with business partners and clients to promote ease of doing business and ensure personalized and tailored experience.
  • Deliver ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement in a way that drives employee accountability and development and fosters growth.
  • Ensure adequate resource levels to achieve service objectives, while perpetuating an inclusive merit-based environment where staff have the tools and support to perform at peak levels.
  • Develop and implement creative initiatives to build engagement and positive team morale.
  • Execute all components of performance management and compensation administration process.
  • Implement strategies to optimize service and enhance the client experience by exploring innovative solutions such as AI-enabled tools and texting capabilities, creating a more seamless experience for both risk consultants and clients.
