About The Position

Xpressdocs is seeking an experienced Client Consultant to join its Client Services team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role handles customer requests received by telephone, email, and chat, processing information accurately and efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service. The Client Consultant is expected to meet service levels, resolve issues promptly, document interactions according to standard operating procedures, and maintain professionalism when assisting customers, including in stressful situations.

Requirements

1–5 years of contact center experience.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
Ability to think critically and analytically, solve problems, and work in a team environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft.
Ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time.
Ability to take calls or chats.

Responsibilities

Handle calls and chats in a polite, professional, and efficient manner.
Provide first-call resolution.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Meet service levels set by leadership.
Remain flexible with clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, and lunches so service levels are maintained throughout the shift.
Maintain composure when dealing with difficult customers.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
