Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial, or similar degree
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of financial services, insurance, banking, or related experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Ex: pivot tables) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle escalated situations professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience and SIE License highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support advisors and their staff with compensation and commission-related inquiries.
  • Research and resolve complex cases received via phone and email.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Educate clients on compensation structures, billing events, and reporting tools.
  • Manage case documentation and follow through to resolution.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience while handling sensitive financial matters.
