About The Position

The Client Care Supervisor will lead and support the Client Care team during daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email. This role involves assisting with daily shift operations, task delegation, and workflow management, while also coaching and supporting team members to foster a positive work environment. The supervisor will handle client concerns professionally and empathetically, ensure accurate reservations and account management, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and workspaces. Collaboration with Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams is essential for seamless operations. A key responsibility includes handling behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences, while also helping to maintain company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Ideal candidates possess a genuine passion for animals, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. The work is fast-paced and physical, involving continuous movement, thorough cleaning, and direct engagement with dogs of various sizes.
