As a Client Care Specialist, Veterinary Receptionist, or Veterinary Client Service Representative, you'll support families during routine visits as well as urgent and emotional situations. You'll work closely with veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and other hospital teams while managing a fast-paced front desk, high call volumes, patient flow, financial transactions, and ongoing client communication.
