Rochester Women's Client Care Specialist plays a critical role in working with clients at the Rochester facility, contributing to Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge's mission of helping people overcome addiction and find a new path forward. This role is a mission-driven, direct care position that demonstrates relational competencies through respectful interactions, sound judgment, and compassionate accountability. The Client Care Specialist uses a client-centered approach to lead and support clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program by providing encouragement, guidance, and oversight of activities during their work shift. This role is the consistent, daily presence that the care team depends on, being the first to notice client struggles, intervene before situations escalate, and maintain the floor environment where recovery takes place. The position requires strong observational instincts, de-escalation skills, and the judgment to know when to act and when to involve others. The organization is recognized by Newsweek as a Best Addiction Treatment Center and has received eight straight Star Tribune Top Workplace awards.
