Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service or client care environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and compassion when working with families and handling sensitive situations.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems while assisting customers.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, business partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, responsive service via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and assist with product selections and orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and service requests.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure all client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate service requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery that meets client expectations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
  • Follow established procedures and best practices for administrative and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
