About The Position

A Wellness Client Care Specialist 2 (WCCS2) contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics. A WCCS2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs. A WCCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, WCCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty. Requirements

• Valid phlebotomy license or MA certificate

Responsibilities

• Collecting medical histories
• Managing tests/screenings
• Recording vitals
• Addressing health complaints
• Facilitating patient registration
• Appointment management
• Electronic chart creation
• Data documentation, including referrals and reports
• Skills in venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory analysis
