The Client Care Servicing Specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls related to routine and low complexity inquiries about products, procedures, systems, or policies for both new and existing clients. This role requires the utilization of all available tools and resources to deliver a distinctive client experience, accurately track unresolved issues, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Servicing specialists also act as client advocates, tracking client complaints and feedback concerning Truist, its teammates, products, and vendors.
