About The Position

Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency in Alpharetta, GA is hiring full-time Client Care Representative to join our outstanding team! This role requires an experienced Client Care Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent care. The ideal candidate understands the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely loves working with people that share that same value. The role involves adapting to the individual needs of each client and their patient, eagerness to continue enhancing skill sets, and a desire to make a difference.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized.
  • Familiarity with EzyVet preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols required.
  • Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors.
  • Experience with multi-line telephone systems.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members required.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Nice To Haves
