About The Position

Panther Creek Pet Clinic is hiring a full-time Client Care Representative for its clinic in The Woodlands, Texas. The role is centered on providing a welcoming and organized front-desk experience for clients and their pets while coordinating with veterinarians and clinical staff. The clinic offers a four-day work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and emphasizes teamwork, work-life balance, self-care, and opportunities for mentoring and professional growth. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.

Requirements

Customer service, reception, or front-desk experience.
Friendly, clear communication in person and on the phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets warmly.
Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments.
Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Handle prescription and food requests and relay them to the medical team.
Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly.
Support clients compassionately during emotional moments, including end-of-life visits.
Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting.
