About The Position

Lexus of Wesley Chapel is looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join our award-winning Client Care team. This isn't your average call center position. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll deliver the white glove experience Lexus is known for while helping customers with both Sales and Service appointments. Requirements

  • Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Make 75+ outbound calls daily while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Handle inbound calls, internet leads, texts, and digital inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments for both our Sales and Service departments.
  • Deliver a professional, personalized, white glove experience from the very first interaction.
  • Build rapport with guests and create excitement about visiting our dealership.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in our CRM.
  • Work closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.
