About The Position

The Client Care Manager is responsible for ensuring shift availability, managing callouts, and maintaining relationships with key accounts. This role requires excellent communication and decision-making skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and adherence to homecare regulations. The position operates during overnight and weekend hours.

Requirements

  • Able to promptly manage and complete incomplete shifts.
  • Capable of managing and filling callout shifts.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with high-profile, private-pay, national accounts, and Bright Horizons cases.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicts and make sound decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of homecare regulations and company policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid CNA license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete incomplete shifts.
  • Manage and fill callout shifts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile, private-pay, national accounts, and Bright Horizons cases.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Keep shifts available.
  • Use systems to offer available shifts.
  • Post upcoming shifts for clients promptly.
  • Answer at least 85% of incoming calls.
  • Return calls within 24 hours.
