About The Position

Bulger Veterinary Hospital in Lawrence, MA, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Client Concierge within our General Practice department. Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial processing and address any general questions during the visit.
  • Ensure a smooth check-out process by preparing and reviewing documents and medical records accurately.
  • Admit and discharge pets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain client/pet records in accordance with Ethos and legal requirements.
  • Act as the primary coordinator between departments for a seamless interdepartmental visit.
  • Keep clients informed of the pet's progress, treatment, changes in cost, and next steps.
