Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications via phone, email, text and in-person interactions.
- Maintain organized and accurate client records in our management system.
- Provide clear information regarding services, treatment plans, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and excellent client experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks including processing payments and managing inventory orders as needed.
