About The Position

The Client Service team wants you as a Client Associate! By joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate customer obsessed behaviors when assisting J.P.Morgan Advisors’ clients, and Middle Office partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Series 7 & 66 licenses strongly preferred – must successfully obtain within 180 days from start
  • Proven ability to work independently and competently handle multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a high-pressure environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of Client Service experience, and ability to work on complex issues
  • Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Position involves extensive client contact (through both email and phone calls). Individual will be involved in all activities that touch existing clients only.
  • Collaborate with both front office and operation teams to complete client and business-related requests.
  • Receives orders from clients in diverse products; includes mastering product-specific applications, ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
  • Perform account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, restrictions, etc.
  • Send notifications and action overdraft items for all JPMA deposit accounts.
  • Assists and manages ad-hoc projects and reporting.
  • Includes frequent exposure to various management teams.
