About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help the retail store achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator, and profitability goals. The role focuses on connecting with clients, delivering exceptional service, building repeat business, and supporting a welcoming, organized, and productive store environment. This is a seasonal position at the Del Amo, California location.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for all in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
