About The Position

The Wealth Manager Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in supporting one of Citizens Private Wealth's top-performing Wealth Management teams in the San Francisco market. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to partner closely with experienced Wealth Managers and serve a sophisticated, high-net-worth client base, helping deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage of the relationship. In this role, the CSA is responsible for leading client onboarding, servicing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day client needs. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with affluent clients and their families, acting as a key point of contact and providing white-glove service tailored to their unique financial goals. The CSA also supports ongoing client engagement through proactive communication, sharing investment updates, market insights, and performance reporting, while helping to strengthen and deepen client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished and dedicated client service professional to gain exposure to complex wealth management strategies, collaborate with a high-performing advisory team, and play an integral role in the continued growth and success of a leading wealth management practice.

Requirements

  • Candidates may be required to hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65
  • Foundational knowledge of investment and banking products
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Prior brokerage or RIA experience
