About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Client Associate in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, you will support the Profit Formula Financial Advisory team and their clients by providing account information or quotes, entering Financial Advisory approved security tickets, and performing various administrative tasks. You will also identify ways to improve Profit Formula Brokerage Client Support processes and offer ideas to the Profit Formula Brokerage Client Support work group. You will perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within the Profit Formula Brokerage Client Support functional area, handle telephone calls or respond to inquiries and requests for researching of reports and account-related issues, and establish and maintain files to meet the firm's regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will create, produce, and maintain reports, databases, and record keeping for the purpose of growing client relationships. You will receive direction from your supervisor and the Financial Advisory functional area, and escalate non-routine questions. You will interact with the Financial Advisory functional area on a wider range of inquiries or requests, as well as internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Brokerage and Client Services support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
  • In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
  • Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
