About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role focuses on providing approachable, efficient service, building lasting client relationships, supporting store events and marketing initiatives, and maintaining an inviting, productive, clean, and organized retail environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat-client relationships to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Create a friendly, open, and inviting environment for store guests.
• Foster a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the front of house and stock space.
