Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with clients across Canada
- Learn our products and systems inside out
- Support onboarding and share what you learn with newer teammates
- Sit at the table when we plan how the team grows
- Show up for daily coaching, weekly training, monthly leadership sessions
