The role involves acting as a secondary Account Manager for large employer groups (800–3,000 lives) and independently managing a portfolio of smaller fully insured large groups (100–200 lives). This position combines technical expertise with relationship management, offering the chance to develop consulting skills, gain strategic exposure, and deepen benefits knowledge while contributing to Nava's mission. The role utilizes AI-powered tools to streamline tasks, allowing more focus on client outcomes. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in New York or those willing to travel to New York for client meetings.
