The Client Assessment Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the firm's operations. This includes retrieving and appending media documents, analyzing scanning errors, performing data entry, and ensuring compliance with client standards by reviewing client SOPs. The role involves conducting weekly and monthly assessments of key elements as outlined in the Client Directive and Audit Program, and collaborating with vendors and firm employees for timely completion of deliverables. Additionally, the assistant will conduct ad hoc assessments of key firm processes and demonstrate the Firm’s Core Values of Do Right, Achieve Results, and Maintain Integrity. All other duties as assigned.
